About

I tend to think in systems as much as in aesthetics — finding the logic inside a creative problem is what I enjoy most. I've spent the past decade working with agencies and brands on motion work that needs to scale across markets, languages, and formats without losing its edge.

Outside of work you'll find me in the kitchen or the garden — which probably explains the patience for repetitive tasks and the satisfaction of watching something come together slowly.

What I Do

I help brands and production teams create motion work that scales — building modular animation systems, expression-based workflows, and creative automation solutions for global campaigns. I work with After Effects, scripting and expressions, creative automation platforms, and dip into JS and front-end design where projects call for it.

I think of automation as a creative tool rather than a purely technical one. When the repetitive stuff runs itself, there's more room to focus on craft, storytelling, and the details that actually matter. The goal is always to keep creative decisions at the centre, while the system handles the heavy lifting quietly in the background.

Experience

Over the past decade I've worked with some great teams across agency and in-house environments. Most recently at Storyteq, where I was the lead on key client accounts and built creative automation solutions for global brands, and before that at Media.Monks, leading motion work for one of the world's largest tech companies. Earlier stops include Apple's London office and the Amsterdam design studio Thonik.

Along the way I've had the chance to work on campaigns for Heineken, Nivea, Amazon, Google, Dr. Oetker, and KFC, among others.
